Crises and traumatic events like the death of George Floyd and related incidents around the country can trigger overwhelming emotional responses that affect us at home and at work. 糖心vlog cares about its people and we want to let you know about some of the resources available to help during this time:

  • As of 2021, has caring, professional consultants who can provide you immediate and confidential guidance, resources and support. They are available 24/7/365. Please Visit our  for more information.
  • 鈥檚 Crisis Text Line offers culturally trained counselors to help young people of color who are feeling stressed, depressed or anxious and would like to communicate with someone. Just text STEVE to 741741.
  •  is a non-emergency resource for anyone seeking emotional support and would like to speak with a peer by phone at 855.845.7415 or via chat/IM through their website.
  •  has mental health resources specific to diverse communities.
