Eric has nearly three decades of experience in higher education administration, including over 17 in development and fundraising in the Bay Area.
Before joining the Dugoni School, he served as chief development officer at University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, where he oversaw a team of 13, building a culture of success which resulted in impactful fundraising. Before that, Eric was the senior associate athletics director for development at the University of San Francisco, and previously served as the capital campaign director at St. Anthony Foundation in San Francisco.
Eric earned his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, master’s in business administration from Oglethorpe University (Atlanta) and completed the Harvard University Graduate School of Education’s Institute for Educational Management program in 2016.
Eric works closely with the school’s development team, faculty, staff, alumni and other supporters in the community, as well as with the Dugoni School board members who help the school develop resources to realize its vision, purpose and goals.
A native of Springfield, VA (Washington D.C. metro), Eric moved to San Francisco in October of 2001 and has lived in the Mission, Noe Valley and Bernal Heights neighborhoods. He currently resides in the Sunset with his wife, Dr. Andrea Garber, daughter Arden (14), and son Larson (11).

Jim Dugoni

Jim Dugoni is the youngest of seven children born to Dean Emeritus Art Dugoni and his wife Kaye. Originally hired at Pacific in 1996, Jim spent 21 years working in a variety of progressively responsible roles on the Stockton campus in annual giving, major gifts and planned giving. He initially spent seven years overseeing Athletics Annual Giving, then four years as Director of Annual Giving for the entire University, followed by six years of doing Major Gifts work for Pacific Athletics, and then four years in the Office of Estate & Gift Planning.
A 1986 Pacific graduate with a BSBA degree in business administration, Jim spent the first 10 years of his career in the Bay Area, including two years doing marketing and sales in professional women’s volleyball, four years as a regional ticket manager for the San Francisco Giants, and then four years in the Office of Development at Stanford University.
Jim completed a master's degree in sport management from the United States Sports Academy in 1990, before earning a master's degree in higher education administration from Stanford in 1993. He also received his Certificate in Fund Raising Management in December 2013 from The Fund Raising School (TFRS) at Indiana’s Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, and became a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving (CSPG) in December 2016 by completing year-long classes at the American Institute for Philanthropic Studies at Long Beach State University.
Jim and his wife Lisa, a UOP-educated speech-language pathologist, have two adult sons: Tyler, a social media marketing manager, and Jack, a mechanical engineer who became the 13th member of the Dugoni family to graduate from Pacific in May 2019.

Craig Yarborough

Dr. Craig Yarborough is the Associate Dean for Institutional Advancement and Director of the Dugoni School’s Center for Success. He earned his bachelor's degree from Pacific’s Stockton campus in 1977, his DDS degree from the Dugoni School in 1980 and his MBA from the Eberhardt School of Business in 1999. After spending 13 years in private general practice in his hometown of Lodi, California, Craig returned to his alma mater as a full-time faculty member/administrator in 1993. In addition to his administrator duties at the dental school, Craig has been an active member of organized dentistry serving in multiple leadership positions including as Speaker of the House of the California Dental Association, the CDA Presents Board of Managers, past chair of the American Dental Association Council on Annual Sessions, a director on the CDA Foundation Board and is currently the Regent for District 13 of the International College of Dentists. Dr. Yarborough is a past president of the dental school’s Alumni Association and past Executive Director of the Dugoni School Foundation, the school's fundraising board. He and his wife Nancy are parents of two graduates of the Dugoni School, Jenna Atwood ’09 and Matthew Yarborough ’14 (married to Amy Au ’12).

Jessica Kay

Jessica plays a key role in supporting the associate dean of Development and collaborating with departmental colleagues to drive annual giving initiatives for both restricted and unrestricted funds. In her current position, she is also focused on expanding corporate and foundation partnerships, as well as leading a variety of strategic fundraising efforts.
Previously, Jessica served as the Annual Fund Manager and Gift Officer for the Dugoni School's Development team, where she successfully raised unrestricted funds in support of students, faculty and staff. Before that, she was an AmeriCorps Volunteer Infrastructure project fellow at ACE After School Program in Calistoga, CA. In this role, she managed volunteer operations and secured local and national donations to enhance educational opportunities for underserved students in the community.
A proud Stockton, CA native, Jessica earned a bachelor's degree in social work and a B.A. in psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno. She now serves as vice president of the Nevada Bay Area Alumni Chapter. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places, frequenting local coffee shops, hiking scenic trails and getting lost in a good book.

Bridget Chau

Bridget works with the Associate Dean of Development and other members of the department to manage recognition of past, current, and future donors. Additionally, she oversees the stewardship program and signature development events for the Dugoni School.
With a background in community management, Bridget brings a variety of experiences including event management and brand marketing to her role. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she spends her free time coaching the Spirit Squad at the University of San Francisco and serving as the Bay Area Chapter President for Gonzaga University.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Bridget earned a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University. She considers it an honor to contribute to the fulfillment of the school's humanistic mission and to celebrate the generosity of donors at the Dugoni School.

Kevin Wessler

Kevin handles various research and data needs for the development team, and plays an important role in supporting the department's fundraising efforts.
Kevin first began working in development at Episcopal Community Services, a non-profit organization in San Francisco that serves the homeless population. Before that position, he worked at two other non-profits, the California Medical Association and Walden House.
He graduated from San Francisco State University with an English degree. He is originally from Los Angeles, but says that he found both the people and weather in San Francisco to be far more agreeable so he stayed. In his free time he enjoys hiking, reading, writing and watching sports.

Hilda Asturias

Hilda provides administrative and event support to the development team. She has worked at the Dugoni School for five years and in the dental field for nearly 20 years. She has held a variety of roles, including as a Registered Dental Assistant and as an office manager at private practices. Her interests outside of work include dogs, hiking, running and rooting for FC Barcelona, her favorite soccer team.
